Helpful tools you can use without a gym…

My trainer Rob asked me to download this wonderfully helpful App to my iPhone… RunKeeper

Everytime you go outside for a walk, bike ride or run you simple click on the App then click on Start Activity, and it will automatically keep track of where you walk, timing, distance and calories burnt, all using GPS in your phone. I love the App and it’s helpful because Rob can also log in into Runkeeper and keep track of what I am doing, plus you can post your progress on Facebook and twitter. So even if you don’t have a treadmill or other equipment at home, going out for walk is a great start! And BTW… it’s FREE!
