So after 2 days of rest from my gruelling and tiring Canada Day organization, I hit my gym ‘ Transition Room’ again this morning. I set the clock timers on the equipment, the treadmill and bike, for a 30 min workout on each. I did reach the 30 min at a speed of 3.0 with a 1.0 incline on the treadmill… but only could do 15min on the bike due to private part pain…. there’s a lot of weigh on one small area when sitting on a bike… this will get better and easier with time!
But it did feel good to work out and I do feel the endorphins rushing through my sore body! yaaaah!
